What we bring
- GMP processing (as of Q2 2027). Drying, trimming and repacking GACP-compliant bulk flower to finished product.
- Release. EU-GMP Part II QA release of your batches for the Czech market, where medical cannabis is dispensed as an active substance. Part I QP release where a destination market requires a finished product.
- Market access. Product code registration, pharmacy listing and wholesaler onboarding in the Czech Republic.
- Distribution. Through GDP-certified wholesale partners into the pharmacy channel.
- Field force. A Czech team calling on prescribers and pharmacies, with materials built for the category.

Motagon is the exclusive distributor of Curaleaf medical cannabis products in the Czech Republic.
Curaleaf is the largest cannabis company in the world by market capitalisation, and has committed more capital to Europe than any other US operator.
Scale in this category buys two things that matter clinically: consistency of cultivar batch to batch, and continuity of supply. A grower operating at that volume can repeat a cultivar rather than substitute it, which is what allows a stabilised patient to stay on their product.
How a partnership starts
An initial call to establish whether we are a fit, then a documentation exchange and a Technical Quality Agreement before any material moves. We will tell you early if we are not the right partner, that is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month six.
