How we write here

  • Every clinical claim carries a citation a reader can follow.
  • Evidence that runs against our commercial interest is reported alongside evidence that supports it.
  • Articles intended for prescribers name a medical reviewer and a review date.
  • Nothing here is advice on the treatment of an individual patient, and nothing here promotes a medicine.

Some articles are written primarily for prescribers and some for patients. All of them are open, because good information about this category is scarce and putting it behind a login helps nobody.
