Order through your wholesaler
Every Motagon product is listed with PHARMOS and can be ordered against its PDK/APA code through your usual wholesale account. No separate arrangement with us is needed.

Be found by patients
Partner pharmacies appear in our pharmacy finder, which patients with a prescription use to find somewhere that stocks or can order their product. Listing is free and you choose what is shown.

What partner pharmacies receive
- Availability updates. An email for every new product and every new batch: product, batch number, expiry and wholesaler. Sent automatically to registered partner pharmacies.
- Product documentation: certificates of analysis for the current batch, the product card with a correctly completed prescription, and the dosing and titration card.
- A named contact in our Czech team for stock questions and returns.
- A listing in the patient pharmacy finder, with your stocking status.
Dispensing medical cannabis
Medical cannabis flower is dispensed under SÚKL code 9190000 and extracts under 9390000, on a narcotic (NL) eRecept. Flower is prepared in the pharmacy according to the prescription; the product name and THC/CBD values in the prescription note identify the product to dispense.
The current limits are 180 g of flower per month and 60 g of extract. Public health insurance reimburses 90% of the price for up to 30 g of flower (10 g of extract) per month; a prescription may cover up to three months, so up to 90 g of flower per prescription.
The products page carries the codes, the current batch and a certificate of analysis for every product, and an example of a correctly completed prescription. The Knowledge Centre holds the printable documents for registered healthcare professionals.

A patient asked for a product you do not stock
Order it through PHARMOS against the PDK/APA code. Most orders placed with the wholesaler by midday arrive the next working day.
The batch on the shelf is near expiry
Check the products page for the current batch and expiry. Stock is released with the longest available shelf life and the page is updated at every release.
You need a certificate of analysis
Every product on the products page links to the COA for its current batch. Earlier batches are available from our quality team on request.
Storage conditions
Motagon products are stored and shipped at controlled room temperature, 15 to 25 °C, in the original closed container, in the pharmacy’s secured area for addictive substances.
